After Sales Services
One year warrantee is standard on all our product line up. If the product is malfunction after your purchase, please ship it back to us, the original manufacturer would be glad to take care of the trouble item and determining the cause. During the period of warrantee, other than the basic examination fee charged by the manufacturer, all the repair and replacement are free of charge unless the malfunction is caused by improper operation of human error, operating under unadvised circumstances or environment, and other miss-use. Depending on the situations, the replacement parts would be charged accordingly.
